What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your return passes assessment, you will be issued a store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks, in resellable condition, and have tags still attached. We will only issue a refund for items with a manufacturing fault. Please note that postage for returning your order is at your own expense unless the item is faulty.
For full-priced items, returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Temporary sales on these items are still considered full-priced items.
For SALE items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
For Outlet items, returns will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault.

My items are faulty, what do I do?
Please take pictures of the fault, the barcode on the tag and include your order number on your email to our customer service at info@rockyourbaby.com

I'd like to exchange my items
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our warehousing system. You will need to process your exchange as a return, please contact our customer service at info@rockyourbaby.com

How long will it take for my refund/store credit to be processed
We strive to process your return within 2 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. After that, we will proceed with your refund or store credit. Store credits are issued instantly, while refunds may take up to 5 business days to be returned to the original payment method.
What can't I return?
The condition of the item must be unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition with the tags still attached.
Please be careful before removing the tags of your garments as they will not be accepted if you decide to return them.
Outlet items will not be accepted unless faulty.
I live near your warehouse, can I drop off my return in person?
Unfortunately, our warehouse accommodates hundreds of brands besides our own and does not have a customer-facing facility to accommodate walk-in returns.
