We now proudly offer FREE SHIPPING! Our free shipping is available on all Australian orders over $200, New Zealand orders orders over $250. If your order is under those specified orders then we charge a $10.00 flat delivery fee for all Australian orders. Shipping for international orders under $250 NZ is calculated per weight.
COMBINED POSTAGE AND ORDER CHANGES
Unfortunately we are unable to combine postage on multiple orders. We cannot make any alterations to your order - removing or adding items. Once an order has been finalised and confirmed we are unable to cancel or amend your order. Should you wish to make any changes to your order after it has been confirmed you will need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns policy.
Our Couriers will attempt to get a signature on delivery, however all drivers are instructed to leave deliveries at the letterbox or front door if premises are unattended. This is at the risk of the customer.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Rock Your Baby takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your work address. Rock Your Baby will only replace orders when the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except during public holidays when there may be extra delays. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery during sale periods.
The delivery times provided by Rock Your Baby are estimates only. Rock Your Baby will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Deliveries can take longer to reach some rural areas.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you have completed your purchase, and your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. This email will provide you with the necessary tracking details for your order.
